Erin Seefeldt, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Erin Seefeldt is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and entrepreneur. Prior to joining Catalyst, she spent 20 years serving in the US Army and two years with Kaiser Permanente. During her time in the Army she traveled the world caring for patients and led wonderful teams.
She spent three years as the ophthalmology residency program director at Madigan prior to joining Kaiser in 2019. Dr. Seefeldt's commitment to her patients and the community inspired her to co-found a 501c3 non-profit called Hope Vision Foundation, empowering patients with vision loss and their caregivers.
Even as a college student, Dr. Seefeldt had a passion for skincare: she worked selling Mary Kay out of her dorm room.
Stephanie Gaston, RN, CNOR, RNFA
Lead Nurse Injector
Stephanie Gaston is a Registered Nurse First Assist who has been in the aesthetic medical field for over a decade. She has a passion for helping clients achieve their best results, and her cheerful personality helps put patients at ease during their procedures.
She is highly-skilled, detail-oriented, and enjoys being a friendly face for patients during their procedures. Stephanie's experience in the operating room lends her a keen eye to both directing patients toward surgical and non-surgical solutions.
She is a current member of AmSpa, AORN, and ISPAN, and attends yearly conferences to stay current with industry standards and new techniques. Stephanie lives on the Key Peninsula with her husband, AJ, and their daughter, Olivia.
Kate Cashman, LME, CLSO, R-MA
Spa Manager & Lead Master Aesthetician
Kate Cashman is a licensed master medical aesthetician, laser safety officer, and registered medical assistant and medical spa manager with over 20 years of experience in the medical spa industry.
Kate has been certified in over a dozen aesthetic laser platforms and modalities, and has extensive training and experience with the cosmeceutical lines of the industry. Kate moved to Tacoma over a decade ago and has cultivated a loyal patient following due to her patient-centered commitment to care and optimal outcomes.
Kate has deep PNW ties: she went to the UW for undergraduate studies and grew up in Redmond, WA. She enjoys gardening and being in nature, and loves to observe the patterns there that are mirrored in her aesthetic work.
