Does Catalyst Medspa have qualified medical staff, and what are their credentials?
Our Master Injector, Stephanie Gaston, is a registered nurse who holds a Registered Nurse First Assist certification for surgery and is also a CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room). Kate Cashman is an experienced licensed master medical aesthetician, laser safety officer, and registered medical assistant, certified in over a dozen aesthetic laser platforms. Dr. Erin Seefeldt, our Medical Director, is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist certified on all our laser platforms.

Catalyst Medspa opened in October 2024, with leading industry providers who have been serving the King and Pierce County / Tacoma area for over 20 years.
Is the medical director or lead injector board-certified or specially trained in aesthetics?
Catalyst Medspa is under the medical direction of board certified Ophthalmologist Dr. Erin Seefeldt, trained in functional and esthetic Botox and fillers. Our lead injector, Stephanie Gaston, is specially trained in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics with years of experience.

We only offer treatments and equipment we have vetted ourselves. We use the Optimas Max platform (Lumecca IPL, Diolaze Laser Hair Removal, Morpheus8 Burst), the Solaria CO2 Fractional Laser, and Toskani microneedling.
